Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
